This year’s 13th edition of the Bieg Lwa in Tarnowo Podgórne once again proved that the event brings together sport, community, and local energy in one intense day. From early afternoon, the venue was full of life – from children’s races, through cheering zones, to evening starts for adult runners.
Balma was, as every year, present both on the race routes and in the event zone. The #teamBalma record-breaking group consisted of 29 participants. Our representatives took part in the “Pogoń za Lwem” 10 km race with 11 runners, as well as the evening half marathon with 6 participants. An equally important part of the event were the Lwiątka children’s races, in which 12 children took part, delivering just as much excitement and sporting energy.
Throughout the day, the Balma & NOTI zone served as a meeting point – an open space dedicated to rest and regeneration. It was there that participants and guests could slow down, meet, and catch their breath between subsequent starts and cheering along the route.
