There is nothing like unique spaces with their own distinctive character. That’s why, it makes us more than happy to say that Balma Poznań Showroom has participated in the refurbishment of the Poznań historical building of the Raczyński Library. Our task was to fully furnish and equip the library common areas and office spaces.
The purpose of the project was to create by means of a variety of finishing materials an elegant, yet friendly space which would be perfectly coherent and consistent. To achieve so, we have made use of the finest products as well as the functions and solutions they have provided.
The library zone has been furnished with a reception desk based on the Furonto collection with custom-made lighting, with lacquered MDF and with a glass front. In this zone you can also see customer-tailored bookshelves and cabinets for books and records created on the basis of the J_system collection, finished with lacquered MDF. All the furniture pieces in the library area are in toned-down shades of white.
The offices and conference rooms have been equipped with desks and conference tables coming from the Multibase N4 collection, together with cabinets for documents from the Woo collection.
In the representative area, which is in the reception area and in the offices of the Board, it was important to highlight the prestige of these spaces. It was possible to do so thanks to the Furonto reception desk with its custom-made lighting, finished with lacquered MDF with a glass front, in the colour of grey. Additionally, thanks to the Multibase N4 conference tables finished in natural veneer.
