Many years of experience in the office industry allowed us to gain the necessary knowledge in the field of space creation, production and furniture design. We design and manufacture our furniture for work. We want the space filled with them to enable work, leisure, learning and building interpersonal relationships. Creating furniture is a big responsibility these days. While working on the concept, we refine every detail. We want our customers to enjoy their aesthetics, quality and timelessness.
We make sure that our products stand out in the market. Behind each of our projects are people - professionals. A good piece of furniture is the sum of their skills. We cooperate with outstanding designers and ergonomics specialists - each of them has an impact on the high quality of our furniture. The experience gained over the years and close contact with the customer allows us to create products at the highest level to solve problems and improve the comfort of everyday life.
Balma furniture is produced on the basis of modern machinery park, e.g. numerically controlled machining centers. Innovative technology allows us to produce furniture in natural veneers, high-gloss varnished furniture, melamine board and MDF board. We have our own metal production department and powder paint shop. Thanks to this, we meet the highest quality requirements. The high-quality raw materials and components we select allow our customers to enjoy the purchased product for years with minimal impact on the environment. We work with the best suppliers in the industry, with whom we share the same values and goals, to deliver a high-quality, durable product that is designed by the best designers.
We design and manufacture our furniture consciously, with attention to the smallest details. We work in accordance with carefully developed procedures that allow us to act ethically, protecting the environment, while ensuring the excellent quality of furniture. We are guided by the Think Pro philosophy, which is the basis of our activities. Our care for quality, safety and the environment has been confirmed by certificates awarded by independent companies and organizations. Each stage of the production of Balma furniture, starting from the construction of the product through production and service, has been carried out on the basis of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System since 1999. Individual departments of our factory are subject to periodic internal audits, and a renewal audit is carried out once every three years.
Balma is more than a product and profit. We value the common relationships developed over the years, built with both customers, suppliers and our employees. It is from these relationships that we draw fresh ideas and ideas. Thanks to them, we have the energy necessary to act, and our work has more meaning.
In building the Balma brand, people are the most important. We create a workplace that is conducive to employees. It is important to us that working with us gives you satisfaction and a sense of security. We know how important integration and building relationships are, which is why we try to combine these aspects both by organizing and taking part in many recreational and sports initiatives. Physical activity has a huge impact on our well-being and allows us to maintain good shape, and we make sure that our employees are healthy and happy. For many years, we have been supporting all kinds of events promoting a healthy and active lifestyle of our employees and their families. We promote good habits. As a company, we take part in the Lion Run organized by the municipality of Tarnowo Podgórne, and internally, every year we organize trips to the Tatra Mountains and joint canoeing trips.
The production of furniture is of course at the center of our activities, but in our broadly understood activities we do not focus only on this. We look at the activities of our factory on a macro scale. We know that we have an impact and we use it positively on many levels.
We invest in the potential of young people and actively support local vocational education in secondary schools, where young carpenters learn the profession, who can gain practical experience in our factory. We are also co-founders of a local school - the Technical School Complex in Tarnowo Podgórne. We are proud that the commune in which our company is located has created such a great place to study. Multi-task classes (carpenter, upholsterer, tailor) have been opened in the Tarnowo Podgórne Technical School Complex under our patronage. Apprentices learn a trade in our factory, and then we offer them permanent employment.
We design our products with the greatest care for comfort of use, ergonomics, quality of materials and environmental impact. We improve projects at every stage of implementation and after it, so that the furniture purchased by our clients can serve for many years, and its impact on the environment is as small as possible. We are constantly improving production and transport processes to reduce the consumption of materials and raw materials, while improving the living conditions of the surrounding community.
