Consistent spatial identity
The new headquarters of Overis has been designed as a workspace that responds to the dynamics of the logistics industry – clear, functional and visually distinctive. The project reflects the key values of the brand: speed, professionalism and readiness to act.
Colour and first impression
The interior concept is based on a combination of a neutral palette of whites and greys with bold orange accents, referencing the company’s visual identity. The entrance area, featuring a distinctive light ceiling and architectural details, creates a modern and professional image of the organisation.
Ergonomics of teamwork
The central part of the office is an ergonomically designed open space. The applied bench solutions, based on the Ostin and Multibase Mixt systems, support effective teamwork while maintaining order and clarity of layout. Executive offices are furnished with pieces from the Ostin collection, complemented by K2 pedestals.
Acoustic comfort
Appropriate working conditions are ensured by acoustic solutions – Etum panels and Bbox acoustic booths, which reduce sound levels in the collaborative area and support both conversations and focused work.
Consistency and bespoke solutions
The space is complemented by individually designed built-in elements that integrate with the interior architecture and emphasise its character. The project combines functionality with a clear image message, supporting both everyday work and the building of client relationships.
A Spectacular Brand Transformation
The new Overis headquarters has been developed based on the company’s core values — dynamism, reliability, professionalism, and 24/7 operational readiness.
The designed interior not only effectively supports the team’s daily work but also serves as a strategic brand communication tool. Every element of the arrangement reinforces the perception of the company as modern, well-organized, and growth-oriented, thereby building credibility with clients and strengthening its position as an attractive employer.
