Our team from Balma Showroom in Warsaw has completed an awesome and smashing realisation, based on the architectural project by Aleksandra Mętlewicz, for one of the most well-known audio post production studios in Poland - Cafe Ole with its seat in Warsaw.
The main inspiration for Cafe Ole has been the clear visual identity of the studio. The identity is so characteristic that it can’t have been ignored in the design of the interiors.
It is the intense colours that play a dominant role here. They are ideal for the soft meeting zone, which should stimulate activity and encourage creativity. The perfect background for the vivid colours predominant in Cafe Ole consists of black and graphite – these are the colours that expertly tone down the vibrant with colours furniture.
An interesting element which constantly reappears in the studio is a white wave – a direct reference to what’s done at Cafe Ole and a graphic image used in communication – a simple yet evident symbol of sound. The kitchen designed to meet the individual needs of the Investor is indeed something. With its open formula it seems to be a cafe – in which, after all, you are. You can easily forget you actually are in an office!
In this project you will find Balma desks from MIXT collection, as well as the cult Balma STEPPS shelving units together with Balma Floo plant stands and shelves, which in Cafe Ole have been used to display vinyl records! In the studio you can see the thriving soft furniture by Noti, for example colourful hoker stools from Mishell collection which go fine with our tall H2 tables. The whole project has been completed with personalised wall coverings, lamps and furniture pieces individually made for that project.
