In the new seat of Cordia Polska, a company specialising in real estate, Trzop Architekci - the architectural studio together with BALMA Showroom in Warsaw have created a modern and sophisticated office space using natural finishing materials. The investor has paid lots of attention to top-quality products and solutions inspired by nature which would improve the working conditions, impacting the well-being of employees and building a good work atmosphere.

The design of the welcoming area, including the reception area, has made use of wood and the muted colours of white and grey and successfully combined them with an eye-catching, natural green wall with the investor’s logo on it accentuating the representative entrance into the office area.

The conference areas furnished with BALMA conference tables from SIMPLIC collection have obtained the elegant and minimalist character. The biggest meeting room has been designed using geometric wall panels, which also cover the ceilings. The remaining rooms have been toned down with different shades of grey, and finished with great care for acoustics by using the suspended ceiling made of felt and designer biomorphic elements in the shape of LED lamps. The glazed walls with anthracite profiles used in this project have been a refined background for the geometric furniture and shapes.

The workstations of CORDIA employees – the desks and BALMA desk screens from MIXT collection perfectly suit the modern and pleasant-looking open-plan offices.

The comfort of work has been increased by the use of the geometric acoustic panels suspended directly above the workstations. Thanks to the functional J_SYSTEM cabinets with shutter doors, it has been possible to easily arrange the handy documentation storage. Placing the potted plants right next to the employees has been successful in lifting the team’s mood up and in purifying the air in the office.

The employees can use a spacious kitchen which is connected with the chill-out zone, being separated by the natural greenery which works fine not only because of the visual considerations, but also the acoustic ones. The kitchen wooden furnishings together with the tropical wallpaper and carpeting that successfully imitates grass make each moment of rest and relaxation truly enjoyable.

Most of the office area has an open, loft-like ceiling, with an anthracite, raster ceiling over the communication part. In the other spots a suspended, acoustic ceiling made of felt has been used.
