Fabryka Czekolady are prestigious offices for rent, which turned out to be an extremely grateful place to arrange space.
The building in which the Factory is located is located in the middle of the quarter, which is an element of the city's urban planning and can only be accessed through the gate of one of the tenement houses at Plac Wolności in Katowice.
The realization designed by the Make It Yours Studio is the essence of industrial interiors. In particular, the design takes into account the preservation of the unusual elements of the building. Beautiful steel structures, concrete floors, red brick, spacious loft windows and even restored concrete floors were also emphasized.
The building gained a new function - an office building in which it was necessary to furnish the space with modern and ergonomic furniture that meets the demanding criteria. The colors of the furniture are of great importance in the arrangement of this space, the task of which is to simultaneously display historic architectural elements and give the interior an elegant character.
Furniture from the G4, Stepps, Plus, K2, Floo, Furonto and Simplic collections from Balma's offer were used in the project.
