An interesting business card of a company specializing in engineering construction is its personalized headquarters. This building is perfectly tailored to the investor's needs. The architectural design by Intop Office was created simultaneously with the interior design, and together they form an inseparable whole. The building consists of three intersecting rectangular prisms of different heights and is finished with various materials. The façade features materials such as corten steel, architectural concrete, steel, and gabions. Thanks to large glazing, the building gains lightness, making the interior a part of the architecture and the façade a part of the interior.
The building's interior complements and continues the external architecture. Each floor has a different function and is designed differently. The basement houses technical rooms and archives. The ground floor serves a representative function, with a large reception and two conference rooms. The upper floors consist of offices for employees and management offices furnished with Balma furniture from the H2, MIXT, J_SYSTEM, K2, IN, and OSTIN collections.
The building's design and implementation were carried out by the company JM STUDIO ARCHITEKTONICZNE Magdalena Ignaczak, Jacek Kunca. The object undoubtedly deserves attention, as evidenced by the fact that it was awarded the TOP BUILDER 2018 statuette.
