On the outskirts of Jarocin (Poland), the investor, Romgos Grupa, chose to build its new headquarters in a unique, wooded setting. The building, with an area of approximately 1,500 m², has been harmoniously integrated into the surroundings, using large glass panels to open the interiors to the surrounding nature. It features three above-ground office floors and an underground section with a garage and technical facilities.
The architecture of the building strongly influenced the interior layout, which is characterized by modern, minimalist solutions. The first two floors house offices for 45 employees and three conference rooms. On the ground floor, there is a spacious lobby, extending over two floors, as well as a lunch bar for employees and visiting guests.
When designing the interiors of these spaces, the existing raw concrete walls and ceilings were used, complemented in the circulation areas by light terrazzo floors and copper ceilings. In the office spaces, green lamps and ventilation ducts contrast with the raw concrete ceilings and light gray carpet tiles.
The second floor, which houses executive offices and a relaxation area for the management, was treated differently. Here, the dominant material is natural oak, used for veneered walls and solid oak ceilings in the offices. These finishes significantly enhance the acoustic comfort of the rooms. Additionally, to improve acoustics and provide better soundproofing, heavy curtains were installed to frame the view of the adjacent forest. This floor also features the building's recurring sea green color, this time in the form of carpet tiles. The copper mesh from the lower floors’ lobby seamlessly transitions into the terrace ceiling, from where ribbon-like steel stairs will eventually lead to the roof, creating another observation terrace.
The interiors are complemented by Balma office and executive furniture, including Simplic desks and coffee table, Xeon executive desk, the Demino table, and Stepps shelving unit. Their design and neutral color scheme perfectly align with the modern character of the space, emphasizing functionality and comfort in everyday work.
