The office design project was created for UASC (United Arab Shipping Company) branch in Gdynia. The company specializes in sea transport and is one of the leaders in the container industry.
Due to the company's visual identification and country of origin, oriental motifs and vivid colors appear. Spacious open spaces have been enlivened with a patterned peacock feather wall veneer, while the conference room features a golden oriental pattern emphasizing the prestige of the place. The heart of the office is the canteen, which is also a meeting place for all employees. Bold, decisive colors and furniture with various patterns have made the space less formal. The intense yellow floor, openwork acoustic panels, and black kitchen are not obvious solutions in such a space, but they give it an extraordinary character.
The project was based on the collection of BALMA and NOTI furniture. Complementary products included Pedrali and Bejot chairs, Milliken Floors carpets, and DLW Flooring GmbH linoleum. The whole project was carried out comprehensively from creating the concept through the execution design to installation.
