If you combine passion and ingenuity, success is only a matter of time. We are excited to present our latest project for Vertiv Polska whose international accomplishments can be demonstrated in its innovative services, impressive portfolio of customers and global activities.
Balma Showroom in Warsaw together with Carbon Architecture studio have created the workspace of 712 m2 to develop new and innovative ideas of Vertiv. Wanda Gąsiorek and Mateusz Januszewski – the architects’ duo – designed a modern space which would meeet the needs of all employees and the goals of the organisation.
Inside the representative entry zone, you can see a reception desk of a geometric shape, the original industrial lighting in steel and a display server room which is also the company’s showroom. You’ll notice quite a few inspirations taken directly from the visual identification of Vertiv. The cohesive style has been achieved mainly thanks to the use of a primary colour palette with strong accents of orange, yellow and blue.
Inside the work zone the employees’ wellbeing has been taken into consideration while selecting a sufficient number of desks with an electric height adjustment and acoustic booths. The single workstations have been equipped with G4 desks, functional K2 under-desk pedestals, ETUM screens and Woo cabinets with additions in the shape of flower pots.
The numerous L2 lockers enhance the order. That’s a practical solution especially for open spaces. Balma STEPPS shelving units provide an extra storage space, which, apart from the basic function, can visually set various workspaces.
The conference rooms, which in order to facilitate the everyday communication have been called after the biggest districts of Warsaw, e.g. ”Wola” or ”Ochota”, fulfill the current needs of the company. You’ll find here small meeting rooms as well as large conference rooms with Simplic tables and useful folded tables.
The management offices are minimalist interiors with G4 desks designed in warm wood decors. In the office you can’t miss a spacious kitchen with a cosy canteen and a chillout lounge where you can rest and recharge your batteries on Le Monde sofa (by Noti). The modern character of the place gets softened by wooden finishings, energising wallpapers, strong colours, and plants.
