A holistic approach to human needs, alongside care for health and comfort, forms the foundation of a responsible business. We are delighted to announce that Fabryka Mebli Balma has joined as a partner for this year’s edition of "The Best of Wellbeing at Work" programme, organised by the Wellbeing Institute.
Wellbeing – understood as safeguarding the health, safety, and development of stakeholders – is one of the six pillars of Balma’s ESG strategy. By crafting commercial furniture solutions for modern office spaces, we empower organisations to create ergonomic and supportive working environments.
The initiative aims to recognise effective wellbeing practices. Submitted projects will be evaluated based on the Wellbeing Organisation Model™, covering key areas: Awareness, Health, Relationships, Workplace, Systems & Processes, and Organisational Culture. The programme is held under the honorary patronage of the Commissioner for Human Rights.
We warmly invite organisations, companies, and teams to submit their best wellbeing practices.
