The DSK law firm specializes in providing legal services to businesses in the new technologies and construction sectors, offering comprehensive support in key business areas. The firm’s new headquarters is located in the innovative Business Garden office complex in Poznań's Grunwald district, surrounded by greenery.
The new office spans 870 square meters of workspace, with interiors designed by architect Magdalena Masełkowska from the Kontrapunkt Architectural Studio. The main goals of the project were to create a modern workplace that supports employees by combining functionality, ergonomics, and aesthetics, while also serving as a showcase for the company.
A key aspect was ensuring employee comfort in performing daily tasks. To this end, 86 ergonomic workstations were designed, subtly separated from one another, and equipped with desks featuring spacious tops and additional storage for personal items. Some of these desks include electric height adjustment, allowing employees to customize their workspace to their preferences and, importantly, change their working position throughout the day.
The project paid particular attention to acoustics. One-person Bbox acoustic booths were incorporated for private conversations, along with Etum desk screens and felt panels that not only enhance acoustic comfort but also lend a cozy character to the interiors.
The design is complemented by elements of biophilic design—live plants that, combined with modern aesthetics, create a friendly, relaxing atmosphere and contribute to employees' well-being.
The project included Balma furniture, such as Bbox one-person acoustic booths, Minimus and Multibase T ergonomic desks, Sit&Stand Plus and C4 desks with electric height adjustment, as well as functional storage systems like L2 Lockers and Stepps shelving units, H2 and Simplic tables, Mixt coffee tables, the Dignis cabinet, and complementary features such as Etum desk screens and Floo planters. Together, these elements create a cohesive space tailored to the client's needs.
