During a formal gala held on 20 January in Poznań, awards were presented in the second edition of the “Employer – Ambassador of Development” competition, organised by the Marshal’s Office of the Wielkopolska Region and the Centre for Crafts, Dual and Vocational Education Support in Kalisz. Balma was among the distinguished companies recognised for actively supporting the development of a knowledge-based economy, innovation, and vocational education in the Wielkopolska region.
One of the six pillars of Balma’s ESG strategy is its commitment to the local community, including education, professional advisory, and vocational training. The company organises additional technical classes, workshops preparing students for vocational exams and visits to partner companies, encouraging young residents of the municipality to develop practical skills and pursue career growth.
