The Orgatec fair is one of the most important events in our calendar. We have been participating in them for many years. This year's edition of the Orgatec fair was special for us, after a 4-year break caused by the pandemic. We were preparing for the fair with great pleasure, impatiently awaiting exciting and inspiring meetings. At our stand, we showed a number of new products introduced recently. But most of them are waiting for their premiere in the coming months. We will keep you informed!

Color matters! Our stand was distinguished by its color. Interestingly composed, matching, unobvious color combinations made it impossible to pass by indifferently. Our furniture in bold compositions in mint, orange or burgundy, combined with natural wood or always elegant and universal black, encouraged conversations and enlivened the atmosphere. Everyone would love to work in such a fresh environment.

The office and our way of functioning in it are constantly changing. Offices today are completely different places than a few years ago. We work in a hybrid way, combining work at home with work in the office, we are often in the office for meetings, relationships and emotions. That is why our new products are about meetings, focused work and home office.
This year, when preparing our fair proposals, we focused primarily on meeting places.

What first of all attracted attention were the acoustic booths. This element of office equipment has become an inseparable element of every large office. The most important in them are acoustics and ventilation. These parameters are maintained at a very good level. What distinguishes us is their appearance. External panels can be made of trapezoidal sheet or powder-coated perforated sheet. They can also be made of upholstery or felt with very good acoustic parameters. Thanks to this, the acoustic booth has a double function - as a place where you can have conversations in silence, without disturbing others and maintaining privacy and discretion. At the same time, it can also have a positive impact on the acoustics of the entire office. Another possibility are panels made of board - in places where it is important to match other interior furnishings. BBOX acoustic booths are equipped with a comfortable table with a media port for connecting a computer or charging a phone, they can have a footrest - for those who prefer to talk standing up or a stool - for those who prefer to talk sitting down.

The booth is extremely spacious - inside it is clearly larger than standard booths. Thanks to this, the subjectively felt comfort is clearly greater. The wall and door, which are pierced through, intensify the impression that we are in a large, comfortable space.

The booths are equipped with wheels, thanks to which they can be moved quite easily and then stabilized on stable feet.

The unobvious piece of furniture at the stand was the podium. Designed as a piece of furniture for larger spaces, where spontaneity, ease and temporaryness are important. We see them in places of relaxation, large halls or rooms for creative meetings. Three different shapes of the furniture give many composition possibilities. Equipped with comfortable cushions, this simple structure adds charm, and rich colors will enliven any interior. The podium can be equipped with mediaports - it will provide us with a place to sit or lie down, we can also charge our mobile devices.

Stable metal construction ensures durability and safety. Equipped with wheels, it can be moved to any place.

The PICNIX picnic table is an unconventional meeting place. It is a proposal for various places: hall, canteen, open space. Its main advantage is a slightly playful reference to playgrounds, thanks to which it immediately puts you in a positive mood and introduces a nice atmosphere. It is equipped with wheels - so it can be moved to a convenient place, and stable and effective brakes guarantee safety of use. The picnic table is a place for lunch but also for meetings. It is an original element of the interior.

Meetings usually take place at the tables - our stand could not miss them.

We showed the table from the GRAVOS collection, introduced at the beginning of the year. Balma Gravos is a family of large conference tables, designed for rooms where not only function is important but also to emphasize prestige.

Classic at first glance, but still in an unobvious modern way, they delight with details of workmanship. Large countertops provide a comfortable place to talk while keeping the distance between meeting participants. In the middle of the table, you can insert mediaports or use them as a place for decorations. A characteristic element is the diagonal thickening of the tops, joined in the corners "mitre" and the details of the table bases. The structure of the table base depends on its size. Tables come in several sizes - the largest is over 4 meters long, and the smallest is just over 2 meters.

A novelty in our offer is the MINIMUS table - at the stand we showed the first of the collection of high tables and desks. Simple construction, different types of legs - metal and oval or square, as well as wooden, and many sizes of tops - are the undoubted advantages of this collection. Our new DIGNIS cabinet will also be used both at home and in the office where it is important to emphasize prestige. It is unique, original and very light in form. Particular attention is drawn to the tables and desks, which seem very light and delicate, and in practice turn out to be extremely stable and durable. Wardrobes and chests of drawers are supported on delicate legs, and the drawer fronts resemble waves. Their most important feature is the precision of workmanship and attention to detail. Behind them is knowledge, experience and technology. The collection includes tables, desks supported by cabinets, wardrobes and chests of drawers.

Working from home full-time requires organizing an ergonomic workplace. And when we think of a desk, the first thing that comes to mind is a desk with electric height adjustment. For those who have tried to work in a sitting-standing mode, there is no need to list their advantages. Suffice it to say that when working at such a desk, we are less tired, our backs do not hurt and it is easier for us to focus on work. At our stand, we showed that electric desks do not have to be a boring element of space - they can be in many interesting colors. This time we showed them in an eye-catching corten color.

STEPPS racks have been growing in popularity for several years, and we are systematically expanding this system of modular racks with new functions. At the Orgatec stand, we showed a new bookcase supported on cabinets, which are the basis for building a bookcase. Comfortable, functional cabinets with a height of 2 or 3 OH are an important element in every office. STEPPS racks are a perfect piece of furniture for creating architecture in the office - they can be used to divide spaces, create communication routes and separate separate zones for work, relaxation or fun. The ability to build a rack from individual elements like Lego bricks is the most important advantage of this system.
