INFORMATION CLAUSE (MARKETING PURPOSES)

Pursuant to Art. 13 section 1 and section 2 of the general regulation on personal data protection of 27 April 2016 please be informed that:
 

  1. FABRYKA MEBLI BALMA S.A. with registered office in ul. Poznańska 167, 62-080 Tarnowo Podgórne is the Administrator of your personal data.

 

  1. The Administrator has appointed a data protection officer; e-mail: iodo@balma.pl

 

  1. Your personal data is processed in order to send BALMA Newsletter, which contains information on our latest projects, the events we participate in, new products and solutions, and on interesting posts on our THINK PRO MAG blog.

 

  1. We do not sell to or share your personal data with any unauthorised persons. We store your data in a professional e-mail marketing system, so we naturally make it available to the supplier of this system.
  2. We will store your personal data until your consent is withdrawn.
