On November 5-6, 2024, the Poznań Congress Center hosted a unique event – Forum Dostępności. This year’s edition focused on the theme of "accessible architecture" and creating spaces where everyone has equal opportunities to access amenities, both in public areas and in everyday life.
Once again, we had the pleasure of actively participating in this event, emphasizing our role in promoting inclusive and ergonomic solutions that support accessibility and user comfort. Our booth provided participants with the opportunity to explore modern, adaptable solutions for office space design. Additionally, we were pleased to present our design approach during the discussion panel titled “See by touch, feel, taste, hear. The senses in design.”
During this panel, Kinga Strzelczyk, a designer at FM Balma, highlighted the importance of incorporating all the senses into the space design process, pointing out how the environment influences our well-being. “When creating any friendly space, we need to consider all the elements of the surroundings that we perceive not only consciously but also subconsciously,” said Kinga Strzelczyk, emphasizing the role of touch, sight, sound, and smell in designing spaces that promote well-being and inclusivity.
