Together with Noti, we are proving that there are no limits to the design of modern office spaces. On 24–26 June in Poznań, we had the great pleasure of hosting some exceptional partners – a team of architects from the Greek firm Asset Interiors.

Behind the scenes of production and product training in Poznań

A key highlight of the programme was opening the doors to our production halls. The designers had the opportunity to see at close quarters the advanced technological processes and the precision of craftsmanship that define our furniture. The visit to both factories demonstrated how unique design ideas translate into finished solutions for clients.

The schedule also featured:

Joint discussions on the philosophies of the Balma and Noti brands, their product ranges, sustainable development and the rapidly changing trends in interior design
An inspiring meeting with Piotr Kuchciński, chief designer at FM Balma and Noti, focusing on the designer’s role throughout the production process and the behind-the-scenes story of how the collections are created
Presentations of the collections in our showroom, allowing participants to test the solutions from our range first-hand.

Human relationships and the future of the workplace

Although the agenda was packed, the most valuable moments took place behind the scenes. It was a time for building relationships and mutual inspiration. A dynamic dialogue and the exchange of fresh perspectives reinforced our belief that modern furniture and well-thought-out architecture are the foundation of an effective workspace.

We would like to thank the entire Asset Interiors team for giving us the opportunity to host them and introduce them to our world – from concept to manufacturing and the final product. Together with Noti, we are delighted to have created a space for such a productive encounter. We look forward to collaborating on upcoming joint projects!
